Appointments that are not met without cancellation deprive other customers of treatment.
We require credit card details for every new client that makes a booking at lessmooth. We would appreciate 24 hours notification for changes or cancellations of bookings. Canceling less than 24 hours in advance will incur a 50% cancellation fee that will be charged to your credit card.
If you\'re running late, this will lessen your treatment time and we would be unsatisfied with having to keep another client waiting. We encourage you to be punctual so you get the same treatment as everyone else.
If you do not turn up for your appointment without notification, you will be charged 100% of your treatment fee as this has deprived someone else of having treatment. We are a boutique salon and we always have a wait list, this is why we have to enforce this policy
We will SMS you a reminder the day before your appointment to confirm your booking or make any changes that you may need.
